On August 16, Beijing Huafu Engineering Co., Ltd. was awarded the “Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification” by Fangyuan Certification Group Co., Ltd., signifying the successful completion of the company’s recertification for the three systems in 2022.

In recent years, in order to strengthen internal management, standardize business operations, and present a positive image of Huafu to the outside world, the company’s leadership has attached great importance to the operation of the quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management systems. This year, coinciding with the recertification and renewal of the “Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification,” and considering the current heavy production and operation tasks and the initiation of the restructuring process, the certification work faced significant pressure. In response, the company’s leadership made advance plans, and the Chief Engineer’s Office meticulously organized the preparations, with strong support from all departments.

From April 19 to 22 this year, an internal QHSE management system audit covering all departments and the entire process of the company was conducted, led by the company’s management representative. Eight internal auditors were divided into three audit teams to simultaneously audit the functional departments, design sections, and projects (including research projects, design projects, and EPC projects), identifying three non-conformities and issuing non-conformance reports, as well as 14 observations. On May 7, the company’s top management hosted a QHSE management review meeting, attended by all levels of management and project managers. The “2022 QHSE Management Review Input Report,” “QHSE System Operation Report,” and internal audit results were reviewed and summarized. Through this thorough and serious internal audit and management review, the execution of existing management systems and procedural documents was further clarified, and existing issues were identified, with suggestions for improvement proposed, laying a solid foundation for the successful completion of the certification work.

On July 25, the Fangyuan Certification Group team arrived at Huafu and conducted a detailed and meticulous review of the company’s headquarters and Ulan project department over a three-day period. The Chief Engineer’s Office carefully arranged the certification process, and all departments actively cooperated, with comprehensive and detailed documentation prepared, ensuring the smooth completion of the certification work. At the final meeting, the Fangyuan Certification Group team highly praised the company’s management system operation, recognized Huafu’s persistence in improving the execution level of the QHSE management system year by year despite facing difficulties, and on August 16, presented Huafu with the new “Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification” certificate.
