From September 15th to 17th, entrusted by the State Administration for Market Regulation, four experts from the China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute visited Beijing Huafu Engineering Co., Ltd. to conduct an on-site appraisal for the renewal of the pressure vessel design permit. At the beginning of the appraisal, the expert group had full communication with the leaders at all levels of our company regarding the renewal appraisal work. During the appraisal, the expert group strictly followed the requirements of the "Special Equipment Safety Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Special Equipment Safety Supervision and Inspection Regulations," and other regulations. They conducted on-site inspections of the company's office environment, equipment rooms, archives rooms, computer rooms, etc. They conducted a comprehensive and detailed review of various aspects including design qualifications, appointment and training assessment of design personnel, establishment and implementation of design quality assurance systems, quality management of design documents, and the configuration and execution of relevant laws, regulations, and standards. The expert group also organized on-site exams for design personnel, spot-checked design drawings of corresponding categories of pressure vessels, and conducted defenses. After a comprehensive check and appraisal from all aspects, the expert group fully affirmed and positively evaluated our company's work in the aforementioned areas, and also provided valuable opinions and suggestions. After three days of intense and serious inspection, the expert group unanimously agreed that our company meets the conditions for the renewal of the pressure vessel analysis design (SAD) and the rule design permit for stationary pressure vessels as stipulated in the "Regulations on the Permitting of Special Equipment Production and Filling Units," and the renewal appraisal was passed.

On October 31st, our company successfully renewed the pressure vessel design permit certificate, providing a solid guarantee for the company to further consolidate its strength in pressure vessel design, which is of great significance for continuously improving the company's comprehensive competitiveness.

Compared to the pressure vessel design permit renewal work in previous years, this year's renewal work faced brand new challenges. To address this, our company established a renewal leadership group. With the direct participation and strong support of the company's senior management in planning, and through extensive participation and serious review by various departments, the company successfully passed this year's pressure vessel renewal audit. At the same time, taking advantage of this appraisal opportunity, the design personnel's understanding of the new permit rules was enhanced, the direction for continuous improvement was identified, work measures were further refined, and design quality was improved.
